For each item ordered below, you will receive an official RunnerDude's Fitness Certificate with envelope announcing the specific fitness service or gift certificate dollar amount purchased. The certificate will direct the receiver of the gift to contact RunnerDude's Fitness to set up his/her gift session or service.

Fitness Assessment Gift
Perfect for someone just getting into fitness or wanting to check his/her progress after having started a fitness program. During this 1.5 hour-long assessment, a complete a health questionnaire will be completed and then various fitness areas will be assessed such as vitals (blood pressure and resting heart rate), body composition (body fat %, circumference measurements, waist/hip ratio), flexibility and balance, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. The assessment also includes an aerobic fitness test to evaluate your VO2max (how well your body utilizes oxygen at maximum effort). If you're a runner the VO2max test will consist of a 1.5-mile run test. If you're not a runner and/or you're new to fitness, a 3-minute step test or 1-mile walk test well be used.

Running Stride Video Analysis Gift
Ever wonder what you really look like running? The RunnerDude's Fitness Running Stride Analysis will help reveal what's going on in your stride. You may be surprised to find that you're a neutral runner with no issues. Or, maybe you pronate a little...or a lot! Or maybe you're over-striding causing you to have a severe heel-strike that may be the root of some other running-related issues you're having. Nutrition Analysis Gift

Then consider having RunnerDude's Fitness do a nutrition analysis of your eating habits. You'll keep a detailed food log for 5 days and then RunnerDude's Fitness will take that data and do a detailed analysis breaking down all that you've eaten and provide feedback on your macronutrient intake (carbs, fat, protein) and micronutrient intake (vitamins and minerals). You're activity level will be incorporated into the analysis to help you see how many calories you took in during the five days and how many you burned.
