This
16-week program combines fitness walking, lower-body and upper-body
exercises into a fun interval walking program that makes aerobic and
full-body conditioning fun and effective.
Much more effective than just traditional walking. Each participant will
receive an OMRON Digital Pedometer to keep track of everything from
steps walked to fat burned as well as a Latex-Free resistance exercise
band to use during each workout.
The Fitness Walking Group begins on January 9th!

Each workout takes about 40-minutes to complete and is broken down as follows:
- Warm-up Easy Walk = 5 minutes
- Fitness Walking/Full-Body Workout = 30 minutes
- Stretching = 5 minutes
Fitness Walking Group Alumni Program: Can you continue with the
group after the initial 16-weeks? You Betcha! For an "Alumni Fee" of
$50, previous fitness walking group participants can participate in
subsequent walking groups. (The $50 Alumni Fee covers participation in
the 3 weekly workouts for the duration of the program. It does not
include the other materials included in the initial package.)
